Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders for Royal Elixirs and pre-made units are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom wig orders require 7–14 business days for construction and customization
Standard Delivery: We ship via UPS/FedEx with a standard delivery window of 3–5 business days post-processing.
Signature Required: For your protection, all wig orders over $300 require a signature upon delivery.
Tracking: A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your crown has been dispatched.
Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your "Kingdom" coordinates before finalizing.
No Return & Exchange Policy
Final Sale: Due to the nature of our products (hair extensions, customized wigs, and topical oils) and federal health regulations, all sales are final.
Hygiene Standard: To protect all our Queens, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items once they have left our facility.
Custom Units: Custom-plucked and styled wigs are tailored specifically to your request and are strictly non-refundable.
Damaged Items: In the rare event that an item arrives damaged (e.g., a broken oil dropper), you must contact us at support@mayascrownbeauty.com within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence for a replacement.
Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it enters our workflow immediately and cannot be cancelled or modified.
